.popular blogs.
i read "Digital Life" today and realise how amazing blogs have become. It can get you endorsement, get people to donate to you, and ... worship you like an idol. Simply said, you are a cyber idol, and these so-called idols are merely "commoners" who look far from a star. But then again, they succeeded, since the media is focusing so much attention on them these days.
I realise these blogs are popular because they seem truthful, genuine, and sincere... but are they indeed true? Perhaps these writers just have the abilities to create their blogs in such a way that look "reader-friendly" ! But then again, I admire their wit and creativity. Somehow, they never had zilch to write about, and I agree most of their entries are absorbing and I often find myself glued to their blogs at days when I was really bored.
For me, I rather remain as an ambiguous writer who get minimum "clicks" daily. I blog to relieve my boredom. I don't blog to get attention. And of course, I don't blog to entertain. :P

.weekdays.
weekdays to me are exceptionally boring.
it seems like a routine to me nowadays.
i miss my attachments, and all the committments i once had.
i can't wait for my oncoming course to start, yet worried i might not qualify for it.
i am looking forward to weekends.
more mahjong sessions. clubbing. gatherings. and hopefully, another visit to sentosa soon. ( i must meet my mark first* )
if only all my friends are filthy rich and do not have to work..
my WEEKDAYS will be so much more interesting!!
But then again, I must be filthy rich as well.
I lack initiative. and maybe... sincerity.
So many things I wanna do, but back out in the last minute due to various reasons.
I am just plain lazy.

.so far.
i realise my life is really uninteresting and mudane these days.
For the past few days, I have tried blogging something but in vain. Unless I include stuff like the time I wake up, what I eat for lunch etc.. Ha.
Today, I attended a wedding dinner at Raffles Town Club, and I can count the number of people I know with my hands. No beautiful girls but many grandpas and grannies. *yawn* .
I wonder how my wedding will be like. Somehow, grand dinners + huge crowd seem a little meaningless to me. Private dinners with close friends and relatives seem good enough, and definitely more meaningful. What is the point of inviting guests who you don't even recognise when you meet on streets? They don't EVEN share your joy, and not even know your full name! But I guess thats chinese customs. Whatever. Too early to think of such stuff now anyway.

.the last time.
whenever it comes to money, everybody just loves to delay. hold, hold and hold, and who suffer? The one who paid first.
Not only doesn't he get his money back on time, he also need to face "last-minute" cancellation, and risk not getting his money back. And the very pitiful guy even got scolded by his parents for offering to pay the whole sum FIRST.
Think that getting back money is easy? Try it. Dumb acts.
Damn frustrated and pissed off.

.heart-warming.
last night, i had one of the best gatherings ever in my whole life. Very heart-warming, and.. emotional too. A bunch of us celebrated P's 21st in a KTV room, which ended up as a S21 private club created by us, accompanied with fantastic R & B, an unqualified DJ named Joe, cosy small crowd, very limited space, and not to forget, mad high drunkards to create the perfect atmosphere.
With just 11 heads.. erm, 9 actually since 2 drivers couldn't drink much ( i didn't drive :) ) , we actually emptied 9 jugs of beer ! And very obviously, everybody got high, and some were totally gone.. ABSOLUTELY gone. Fun as it may seem, everything turn out to be a disaster in the end. The Aftermaths was kinda terrible.
However, if given another chance, I wouldn't have mind going through the same shit again. At least the whole bunch of us enjoyed ourselves. I, myself, gobbled down almost half a birthday cake because I was exceptionally touched by the great camaraderie among S21. You must be present at that time to feel it.
I believe P really enjoyed herself too. The great surprises we had for her, the bad fall at Swenson's BECAUSE of her, the misery I had to bear for catching up with one 'uncompassionate' endless-legged guy because Swenson was gonna close for business, and my comfortable broad shoulders. :) ha.
I shall not divulge further details of what happpened last night. *zip*
But then again, the ending could have been better if everybody has some self-control :P At least there wouldn't be puke on my shirt, and poor C wouldn't have to clean his car at odd wee hours .
Not to leave out yesterday's afternoon catching-up session with my best female bud. very hilarious person. comical too, and kinda.. shameless . ha ( imagine her winding down my car window and start blabbering rubbish to the crowd :P ) As a result, her poor boyfriend and I have to "window-lock" our car everytime she is present. ha. Shame on you. Already 21 yet need to resort to such means to control you :P HAHA.

I love this shoe. I can't wait to get it on 12th May ( Thu ) when there will be a great private sales specially for Isetan Members and Guests. Any privileged ones interested to go shopping with me this coming Thurs? ( ZC: You need some shirts right? :P ) or anyone else?! my long-lost friends??
Other cool shoes

Just for laughs :D

found the above sign in a toilet .
I thought my English is bad enough.

.Mr President.
Our late ex-president, Mr Wee Kim Wee, my condolences to his dear family members.
I worship you, and I hope to learn something from you.
Your compassion, your capabilities, your talents. I read all these from Newspapers.
Somehow, i am amazed at how wonderful a person like you actually existed in this world. You were extraodinary. You changed the lives of many.
But, I am wondering why all your publicity comes only after your demise? Blame my ignorance. I don't even know who you were before 3th May 2005.
I inspire to be like you. I do. I feel so remorseful and ashamed of my ignorance.
Dear Mr Wee,
god bless . Remembered for life by many.

.jobs.
Recently, peers around me are all getting employed. For me, I have decided to spend my 3 months break enriching myself and completing my much-delayed "To-Do" checklist which couldn't be fulfilled during the period when I was still serving NS and juggling between my multiple commitments.
Right now, I am more interested in leading my 'very-carefree' life, sipping coffee in teahouses, pampering myself with hotel lunch buffet, soaking myself in pool, catching up with friends, improving my singing, improving my students' grades, getting my swimming instructor's certificate, getting my tooth done, obtain my much-anticipated defined 6 pecs and ......... (My "To-Do" checklist is endless for goodness sake.)
I wouldn't be able to fulfil all of the above if I find myself a boring 8-5 job!
However, I will very much appreciate short-term jobs that offer reasonable pay like one which was offered to me yesterday -$15/hr for running around shenton way in shorts + singlets for 2 days. I was actually approached because I am TANNED and SPORTY. see what tanned people gets? It does pay to be a charcoal despite the countless amount of insensitive comments i get from people.
But then again, I didn't get to do it in the end due to some cocks-ups between the agency and the company in charge. *yawnz*
Weather these days are scorching hot. I simply hate it. I yearn travelling to cold countries to escape the unbearable weather here. I need travelling companions.
