Firstly, Happy 21st girl! Sounds cliche, but time flies really fast. Remembered how I was walking around library getting everybody to sign your collage, and it has been a year already! Gosh. Hopefully your wish like losing your PT will come true :P

And as I was mentioning how time flies, I have left Singapore for 13 days! This feels so short as the only place I have toured so far are London and Marrakech. Great experience definitely, but I can't wait to travel to other parts of Europe. Hopefully things are fine on Singapore side!

Lovely farewell presents // already 13 days. Love the collage specially. SA buds, you the best!

I am kinda lazy to blog everything about my trip because JJ (jjtraversinglife.blogspot.com) has covered most already. Oh, he has a new name in Bath and I am sure he is gonna use it permanently from now on. No prizes for guessing but he named himself "Jay". Till now, all of us still burst out laughing whenever he introduces himself to new people: "Hi, I am Jay, Jay Tong." LOL.

So Bath is really a nice place. Some pictures in London just before we left for Bath. Thank Jose for putting us up at her place. Our shit kinda stinked and I even wet her toilet, but she still kindly brought us around London's famous night spots and we ate the biggest portion Jap food ever man. Ha, remembered how I got so tired at night and dozed off while chatting with them halfway!

Finally reached Bath on the 21 September. Uncle Asoka, my dad's good friend, offered to drive us from his home in London to Bath. We took almost 5 hours and I am extremely touched by his kindness. His family is very hospitable and thank to them, we had great food and music throughout the whole journey. It was funny how Jay was trying to keep awake during the journey to Bath and started talking rubbish when I was in the midst of a conversation with Uncle Asoka. Damn irritating, but funny on hindsight. Without him, I wouldn't have checked into my accomodation so smoothly.

Room Still-in-Progress.

Upon reaching Bath, J and I decided to go for a walk and Bath is indeed scenic. Nice rivers, lakes, fountains, buildings, churches, weather - seems perfect for retirement spot, but unfortunately living standards here are too high. Shops close at 5 here so night life can get quite boring. ( The most happening place now at night seems to be the University's clubs and pubs. )

Woke up early on Day 2. Decided to go for a jog to our University and it was rather weird and uncomfortable wearing track pants and long sleeve to run. The run was really a great start for me to exercise again. Have been rotting too much and i am starting to have "sexy" love handles again. Weather was really cooling so fatigue never really set in for me. Poor tummy Jay was trying to keep up with me running up a steep hill for about 2km before we finally reach our University front! Ha, time to exercise more, buddy!

University of Bath is rather similar to NUS and I got real excited when I saw the 50m indoor pool in the world class Sports Hall. Guess my life will be meeting new people, skipping lectures and swimming for the next 3 months! haha.

Had a great dinner feast last night but pictures are not ready yet. I cooked dinner and there's lot of room for improvement. All of us were kinda dying from my oily pasta and steak though they kindly complimented on my great cooking, haha.

Alright, damn tired right now. I am gonna crash. Hopefully life in Bath will get even better. Can't wait to meet new people.

More pictures of London and Uncle Asoka's place. Though small, but really cosy.
